Hi guys! How are you doing? Hope you’re all doing
better than me – I’m currently suffering from a horrible cold as I type but I’m
super motivated to bring you guys this outfit post because it’s all about denim
and I feel pretty strongly about denim. Particularly denim on denim. It’s one
of my favourite casual chic go-to looks that honestly never fails.
Denim has been a staple piece in both men and women's wardrobes since the 1950's (even though they've been around for a lot longer) but the double denim look didn't really grace us until the 90's into the 2000's where we saw a rise in our favourite celebrities sporting the trend - and not all of them all too well *CoughBritneyAndJustinCough*. Many people thought the trend to be a fashion faux pas. Fast forward a decade or so now, the trend has been back for a while now and it looks like it won't be going anytime soon - certainly not for me anyway. When done right, its such a great look.
In this post I’ve paired this cute off-shoulder denim top with my favourite pair of jeans from Warehouse. One thing I love about an all denim look is that you can wear any colour shoes and handbag and it’ll almost always work.
