OUTFIT / Blue House Girl

Hello my fellow style-lovers!
Hope you are all well and happy today :)

I come to you today baring a cute outfit post, yay! I'm sure it's not the first time you're seeing a style blogger in this top this summer lol - or at least a very similar style to it. It's one of the trends this summer and I must say, I had to get in on it. The style of this top is undeniably adorable and I just love the sleeve detail. Just about every high end store is selling variations of this - I definitely recommend it because its lightweight and cute for the warm weather - not that we've had that much of it here in London ¬__¬

I also love the summery colour of this top, it's like a sky/pastel blue (if you can't tell by the pictures because they are quite bright - this was actually one of the rare days in London when the actual, real sun decided to pay us a visit for longer than 5 minutes lol). I've paired it with a pair of blue trousers to create an 'all blue' look.

This outfit post is appropriately titled 'Blue House Girl' because being in all blue reminded me of a song that my head of house always used to sing back when I was in years 7 and 8 (she said feeling old). Our school put students into different 'houses' differentiated by colours and I was in Blue House. Our head of House was so  (weirdly) passionate about Blue House, I can still remember him singing that little jingle whenever we had competitions between the houses. And so now every-time I sport an all blue outfit, I'm reminded of school and being a Blue House Girl. Shoutout to all my day 1 blue house girls and the two honorary blue house babes too, you know who you are ^_^

Hope you like the outfit! Let me know what you think in the comments section. Details and shop my look are below

All the love, xx
